Towell auto centre takes the aggressive mode

Towell Auto Centre embarked on the growth path with a change in leadership. The new leadership brought in fresh energy and widened the horizons for the Company.

Acquisition of new franchisees

In 2004 and 2005 probably no other automotive firm in Oman would have added new brands to its portfolio in its endeavor to cater to all the needs of motorists in Oman as Towell Auto Centre LLC

  • SEAT, the Spanish car manufacturer with its stylish sedans
  • Indian auto giant Mahindra & Mahindra to launch its SCORPIO range of 4WD
  • Monroe the World leader in shock absorbers now finds its place in Oman
  • Dupont automotive paints, the worlds No.1 supplier to the automotive industry

These are the latest global brands to hit the Oman market. Expansion of infrastructure and retail network
Closer to the customer was conceived as a major philosophy to a fast growth track and has reaped us rich benefits.

  • Across 2003-04 three new Mazda showrooms at Wattaya, Samail and Al Kamil came into place and 2005 sees a bigger 3S facility coming at Nizwa and a new showroom at Bani Bu Ali.
  • New Bridgestone tire centers at Rusayl and Ghala Increased the brand’s Market share substantially.

  • TAC moved swiftly and made inroads into global markets with good exports to CIS and African countries.
   
 
DOMESTIC
 

Towell Auto Centre worked towards achieving business success with absolute focus on exceeding and not just meeting our set goals. The path to this success was clearly shown through:

  • Last year 3 Mazda Showrooms at Wattaya, Samail and Al Kamil were added to network of 9 showrooms and now Nizwa and a new showroom at Bani Bu Ali.
  • 2 new Bridgestone tire centre found their way into the hearts of many new customers at Rusayl and Ghala.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
 

Customer Satisfaction has been one of the core strengths of TAC in the recent history and an important focus area. A completely dedicated CRM cell ensured that we not only acquire new customers but retain our existing customer’s as well.

  • CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Jumped from 82% level to 96.55 levels.
  • The customer retention rate over a period of 3 years is now one the highest in the Industry at over 50% levels
